I am a Health Psychologist working with people with a range of health conditions as well as supporting people experiencing psychological issues such as depression and grief.
I work with individuals aged 16 years and above.
Registered with New Zealand Psychologists Board (General Scope).
Member New Zealand Psychological Society and Institute of Health Psychology.
Based in Milford, North Shore, Auckland – in person or online sessions are available.
About
I am a Registered Psychologist with over 18 years experience working within public and private health settings including Cancer Society NZ, Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai (General Surgery), NZ Family Cancer Service and Harbour Cancer and Wellness.
I have a PhD and Postgraduate Diploma in Health Psychology from the University of Auckland.
Alongside my clinical practice, I have been involved in teaching and training health psychology interns and currently teach professional and communication skills to medical students at the University of Auckland. I am also a therapist for research studies focusing on optimal support for people undergoing cancer treatment and living with advanced cancer.

My approach is compassionate and collaborative, and I focus on supporting people to understand and develop ways of coping with the challenges they are facing.
I take a holistic approach to well-being, recognising the interplay between all aspects of health – physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social.
